Formed in 2016 by Topacio Althaus, Jasmine Golan, Amy Ling H. and Lucy Pieters, Saviors are a quartet based in Los Angeles. After writing music in their rehearsal space and gigging around LA, they took time off for other music projects. With their reuniting in 2019, they created their eponymous EP by re-envisioning their old sound and birthing a new one. In between shows ranging from DIY spaces to house parties to crowded bars, they began to record themselves and continued to individually and collectively evolve.

Switching off on vocals, Althaus and Golan touch upon themes of isolation, love lost and human psychology, while guitar melodies glide in between. The work embodies a new essence - a homecoming - after the ebb and flow of time apart. Inspired by the likes of Radiohead, Tame Impala and Autolux, the band spends much of their time infusing spaciousness and rawness into their songs. Together, the four women form a collective sound that is uniquely their own.

Since the last release, Saviors has been working on material that has pushed them into different sonic directions. They are currently getting ready to release new music in 2021.
